What products does Doğa Pet manufacture?

We produce high-purity PET flakes (clear green and mixed) and rPET granules (food-grade FG and non-food-grade NFG) from post-consumer PET bottles. HDPE caps, polypropylene (PP) and label fractions separated during recycling are also available as by-products.

Which materials are used for the production of PET flakes?

Our raw material is post-consumer PET bottles collected through various waste management systems. At our facility the bottles pass quality control and are sorted, washed and decontaminated into high-purity flakes and granules.

Are your products suitable for food contact?

Yes. Our rPET Resin FG granules are produced for food contact and our process is EFSA-approved. For non-food applications we offer rPET Resin NFG.

Which certifications do you hold?

We hold EFSA approval, a GRS (Global Recycled Standard) scope certificate and RecyClass certification. Our facility is also LEED Gold certified for energy efficiency and environmentally friendly production.

How does your recycling process work?

Post-consumer PET bottles are collected and quality-checked; after sorting, washing and decontamination they return to use as high-purity flakes and granules. You can review the full process on our Recycling Process page.

Do you export internationally?

Can I request samples or technical data sheets (TDS)?

What do you do for sustainability?

We use renewable energy from our self-consumption solar power plant in Şanlıurfa Viranşehir and our rooftop solar system, and reduce resource consumption with rainwater harvesting and heat-recovery systems. Our facility is LEED Gold certified.
